PROGRAM 09: Data collected under Program 09 is not to be entered into the general record. Field notes remain at Installation 6 and are not to be removed from Sublevel 2 for any reason, including transcription. Personnel who have entered Program 09 areas are to complete a re-survey of their own route before signing out.

The Installation 6 re-survey began 2003-05-30 following a reported discrepancy of 4.1 percent between measured interior volume and surveyed exterior volume. The survey was repeated on 2003-06-11. The discrepancy is now 9.3 percent. A third survey is scheduled.
